The average product cycle for any medical products is 12-24 months on average. It is crucial to have a supply chain that is tightly connected and where chain links interests are interconnected and invested in each other with a long term vision.
Richdale Health works directly with factories and invests significant resources in the factory selection process. Our production team spends the majority of its resources furrowing cities, towns and villages in key countries in order to find the right factory that would make a product that would carry the Richdale Ventures and our customers’ brands.
We are so confident in our suppliers that we sometimes invest our own financial resources in the factories we work with so that we make sure that there are no weak links in our supply chain. These factories represent the foundation of the success of a product and any investment in impacting the financial and social facets of the environment surrounding the manufacturing process will be felt by all stakeholders down/up the chain.
